Description

This is a column located approximately 10 metres west of the west end of the Church of St Petroc in Bodmin. The column was moved from the nearby Friary Church, which was demolished, and was consecrated in 1352. It is made of volcanic stone ashlar and features a large octagonal shape with a moulded cap and base.
