Description

SW 97 NE ST ENDELLION 4/154 Outbuilding and cartshed 30m to north east of Higher Trefreock GV II Outbuilding, possibly stable with granary above with cartshed adjoining on right-hand side. Circa 1840s. Stable and granary of stone rubble with dressed stone arches to ground and first floor openings, granite quoins and slate roof with hipped ends. Almost square-in-plan with external stair to loft on left end. 2 storeys regular single window front with openings on ground floor and centre of first floor with cambered stone arch with key block. Stone rubble steps up to loft on left-hand side. Line of pigeon holes below eaves. Cartshed adjoining on right-hand side. Stone rubble open fronted single storey range with rag slate roof supported at front on timber, granite and stone rubble piers. Overall 'L' shaped plan with range of 2 bays to front and projecting 4-bay range on right. Part of group with Higher Trefreock (qv).
