Description
Cobblers Way is a row of small houses dating from the 18th century, located on West Looe Hill in Looe. The front of the houses features roughcast render on rubble, while the street end is finished in painted rubble. They have a steep asbestos slate roof with two gabled dormers that break the eaves, and a brick stack is positioned at the street end. The houses have a single-depth plan and are two storeys high, with a four-window range that has irregularly placed openings. The windows are 20th-century casements with glazing bars, and the doors are also 20th-century, situated under simple slate hoods. The street end includes two 20th-century horned sashes with glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
