Description

Trenwith is a small house in a row, likely dating to the 18th or early 19th century. It is located on the north side of West Looe Hill, West Looe. The house is constructed of painted rubble, with a steep asbestos slate roof that is hipped on the right side. It has a shallow-depth plan with later rear extensions. The front facade is symmetrical, featuring two windows across two storeys. Early to mid-20th century four-pane, two-light casement windows are set within segmental brick arches on the ground floor. A central doorway is topped by a slate hood, and contains an early 19th century four-panel door, with later glazed panels fitted above. The interior has not been inspected.
