Description
Spinnaker and Trevarrack are a pair of cottages dating from the 18th century, located on the south side of West Looe Hill in Looe. They are constructed of painted rubble with timber lintels and feature a rag slate roof, with first-floor windows that break the eaves. The cottages have a double-depth plan and stand two storeys tall, with a two-window range. Spinnaker, on the left, has 20th-century casements with glazing bars and a 19th-century four-panel door that includes two small panes in the top panels. Trevarrack features 20th-century four-pane horned sashes and part-glazed doors. The first-floor windows of Trevarrack are positioned closer together, and the doorways are located towards the centre of the front. The interiors have not been inspected.
