The house is built of rough rendered rubble with a steep asbestos slate roof, and features a brick end stack on the left side. It has a shallow-depth plan and two storeys, with a two-window front. The first-floor windows break through the eaves. The windows are 20th-century transomed casements, and a central doorway contains a four-panel door with glazed upper sections.
