Description

This is an early 19th-century building, comprising numbers 6 and 8 St Mary’s Terrace. It is constructed of granite ashlar blocks with a slate roof featuring wide eaves soffits and gable ends. The building is three storeys high, with a semi-basement and attics, and has four windows. Each window has recessed architraves and sash windows with glazing bars. Three string courses are visible on the exterior. Pilasters rise from plain, semi-circular headed doorway features on the first and second floors, accompanied by steps and iron railings. The doorway features a fanlight with intersecting glazing bars. Three hipped dormers are present in the roof.
