Description
This is a chimney stack located on a clifftop in Portreath, likely built in the late 19th century. It is made of rendered concrete and has a square shape, standing approximately 10 metres high with a strong taper. On the north side, there is a long sloped concrete flue at ground level, which is damaged. The chimney stack is probably linked to the refining of arsenic.
