Description

This is a mid-19th century shop with living accommodation above, located on a corner plot in Padstow. The building is rendered and painted, with a slate roof featuring a canted corner on the right and a gable end on the left. A brick stack is located at the front. The building occupies a roughly rectangular plan, with the shop occupying the ground floor and an entrance to the accommodation on the left. It is two storeys and an attic high. The asymmetrical front has a 2:1 window arrangement. The ground floor features a shop with frontages to the south and east, and a glazed door within a canted corner on the south east. Larger shop windows, likely dating to the late 19th century, are present. A 20th-century door is located to the left. The south elevation has two four-pane sash windows on the first floor, and there is one on the east elevation. The interior has not been inspected.
