Description

A pair of bridges, likely built in the mid to late 19th century, are located about 100 metres west of Rosecraddoc Manor. Constructed from slatestone rubble with stone dressings, these bridges span a stream that runs through an ornamental garden.

The upper bridge features a single span with a round arch dressed in slatestone, complemented by rubble parapet walls topped with rubble coping. The lower bridge also has a single span, characterized by a rounded skew arch with stone dressing. Its parapet walls are made of rubble with granite coping, and it includes square terminal piers with pyramidal caps. Both bridges have a span of approximately 10 metres and a width of about 3 metres. They are integral to the landscaped gardens of Rosecraddoc Manor.
