Tyacks Coach Bar

CAMBORNE CHURCH STREET SW 64 SW (north side) 10/35 No.2 (Tyacks Coach Bar) GV II Formerly known as The Unicorn Hotel. Public house; now partly shop and partly integrated with No.27 Commercial Street, Tyacks Hotel to the right (q.v.). Probably C18, altered in C19 and subsequently. Stucco, probably on granite rubble, slate roof. Long rectangular range, but plan altered internally. Two storeys and 5 bays, formerly symmetrical; central doorway protected by small Doric porch of granite; formerly four 16-pane sashed windows at ground floor and 5 above, but those to the left at ground floor have been entirely replaced by a long modern plate-glass shop front; gable chimneys. Rear not inspected; interior altered.
