Description

This is a house, likely dating from the 17th or early 18th century, that was remodelled in the later 18th century. The front elevation is stuccoed and rendered, and it has a slate roof with gable ends and brick end stacks. The house was probably originally planned with two rooms and a passage, with entrances to the left of centre and also to the passage on the right.

The front of the house has a regular three-window arrangement. The ground floor has two 19th-century bow shop windows on either side of a partly glazed 19th-century door. The first floor has two 4-pane sash windows on either side of a central 16-pane sash window, also from the 19th century. The sash window to the left is 19th-century in origin, while the right-hand sash window was inserted after the early 1900s. Above the windows is a cornice, topped by a parapet and a central pediment. The interior of the house is not accessible.
