Description

No. 25 Dean Street is a town house built in the early to mid 19th century. The front is rendered on masonry, and it has a rag slate roof with a brick stack over the left-hand cross wall and a larger rendered stack on the right. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall, featuring a symmetrical three-window front. The windows are from the 20th century. There is a central doorway with flat pilasters and a full Doric entablature, leading to a four-panel top-glazed door. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
