Description

27 Dean Street is a mid-19th century town house located in Liskeard. The stucco has been removed to reveal a front wall made of rubble, which sits on a rubble plinth. The building features brick arches over the openings and has a rag slate roof with a hipped return and a 20th-century brick stack on the left, along with a rendered stack over the cross wall on the right. The house has a shallow double-depth plan and is situated on a corner site. It is two storeys high with a nearly symmetrical two-window front. Shallow segmental arches are present over the 20th-century windows and a four-panel door with an overlight. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
