Description

No. 15 Dean Street is a mid-19th century town house featuring slate hanging on studwork at the front and an asbestos slate roof that is hipped on the left side with projecting eaves. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys over a basement, presenting a symmetrical three-window front. The windows are late 19th century four-pane horned sashes set within moulded wooden architraves. The central doorway is designed in the Tuscan style, with engaged half columns and a moulded entablature, leading to a six-panel door that has fielded panels and an overlight. The interior has not been inspected.
