Description
The former Bible Christian Sunday School is a disused Nonconformist chapel, which later served as a Sunday School. It features a datestone inscribed with "BCC 1858." The building is constructed from granite and elvan rubble, with granite dressings, and has a half hipped scantle slate roof. Its rectangular plan is aisle-less, and while the fittings have been removed, there is evidence of a sloping gallery at one end and a rostrum at the other end (east). The exterior has a symmetrical two-window south front, with a central round-headed doorway that formerly had a four-panel door, an original spoked fanlight, and 12-pane hornless sash windows at both the front and rear.
