Description
Kimberley House is a small house built in the early 19th century. It features stucco over rubble and has a hipped asbestos slate roof with slightly projecting eaves. The house has a two-room, double depth, central stair plan and stands two storeys tall. The front is nearly symmetrical with two windows. There is a central doorway that contains a 10-panel door set within an original open porch supported by square posts, topped with a simple entablature. Above the doorway, there is an oval medallion featuring a raised relief of classical figures. The windows are 12-paned hornless sashes with wide sills and architraves that remain intact on the first floor. To the left, there is a full-height stucco, panelled pilaster.
