Town house, now bank. Early C19. Incised stucco on studwork; openings with segmental heads and keyblocks; hipped roof; dry slate to front, otherwise asbestos slate; asbestos slate-hanging to left-hand return. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. C20 16-pane horned sashes; mid-floor string to upper floors. Ground floor has full-width entablature over 3 pilasters; wide window openings with C20 3-light casements; pedimented doorway towards left. INTERIOR has restored or replica moulded ceiling cornices with egg-and-dart enrichment to ground floor.
