Description
This is a milepost attached to the front wall of No. 32, likely dating from the 18th century. It is made of roughly dressed granite and measures approximately 30 centimeters square in section and about 1.5 meters high. The milepost features a chamfered foot and a pyramidal top. Near the top of the left side and the front, there are sunk panels with large, crudely-formed raised lettering that reads "18 28 P I," along with a modern benchmark located lower down on the front. It is similar to another milepost found in the grounds of Rosewarne Home Farm on Tehidy Road in Camborne.
