Description

This is an 18th-century row of four buildings, numbered 41 to 44, located on the north-east side of Chapel Street in Penzance. The buildings have plastered facades and a low parapet concealing a steep slate roof. They are two storeys in height, featuring six sash windows per building, each lacking glazing bars. There are three plain, recessed doorways. Number 44 has a small, modern shop window. The buildings are grouped with other listed buildings on Chapel Street to form a cohesive architectural ensemble.
