Farmhouse and coach house. Probably C18, extended early and mid C19. Granite and other rubble with shallow segmental brick arches (probably replacing timber lintels) to oldest central part; stuccoed front to farmhouse addition on left and rubble with granite dressings to coach house; grouted scantle slate roofs; brick end stacks. Shallow-depth-plan farmhouse, coach house projecting forwards on right. 2 storeys; overall 4-window range: original farmhouse with nearly-symmetrical 3-window front with central doorway and taller early C19 extension on the left with 1st-floor window over doorway. C20 copy horned sashes with glazing bars except for 12-pane horizontal-sliding sash over old doorway with planked door and possibly original 16-pane hornless sash over other doorway which has open porch with moulded cornice on slender paired columns and pair of glazed doors. Coach house, or possible waggon house, has central wide doorway with timber lintel and loading doorway over with split ledged door. INTERIOR: not inspected.
