Description
This stable building, located at the rear of No. 58 Coinagehall Street in Helston, dates from the early to mid 19th century. It features a coach house with stables, constructed from granite rubble, accented with granite quoins, sills, and jambs, and has segmental brick arches. The building has a grouted scantle slate hipped roof with a central brick stack and a rectangular plan. It is two storeys high and has a regular four-window range. The original hornless sash windows with glazing bars are present, along with wide doorways located left of centre and towards the right, which have 20th-century ledged doors. There is also a small window at the far right. The interior has not been inspected.
