Description

SOUTH PETHERWIN - SX38SW Stables adjoining north west 2/15 of Tredivett GV II Stables Circa late C18 or early C19 with C19 or C20 extension, slate rubble. Dry slate roof with half-hipped ends. Rectangular on plan. 2 storeys. Asymmetrical east front with flight of steps to right of centre to first flour doorway. Doorway to left of steps and 3 casement windows with glazing bars on ground floor, that on right is projecting. At right (north) end a C19 or C20 extension with C20 garage doors. Rear elevation built to bank is blind. Interior: not inspected.
