Description

The stables, located to the north-west of Tredivett, date from the late 18th century or early 19th century, with a later 19th or 20th-century extension. They are constructed from slate rubble and feature a dry slate roof with half-hipped ends. The building has a rectangular plan and is two storeys high. The east front is asymmetrical, with a flight of steps to the right of centre leading to a doorway on the first floor. To the left of the steps is another doorway, and there are three casement windows with glazing bars on the ground floor, the rightmost of which projects. At the north end, there is a later extension that includes 20th-century garage doors. The rear elevation, built against a bank, is blind. The interior has not been inspected.
