Description
These stables, located directly south of Treswell Farmhouse, date from the early 19th century. They are constructed of stone rubble and feature a rag slate roof with gable ends. The overall plan is rectangular, with an extension on the left side that likely occurred in the 19th century. The exterior is one storey with a loft and has an asymmetrical front. This includes two plank doors and a window on the left, along with two small openings that have plank doors leading to the loft above. Inside, the stables have roughly cut floor joists.
