Description

No. 12 High Street is a house in a row, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of killas rubble and features cambered elvan arches with projecting keystones. The roof is covered with asbestos slate and has brick chimneys over shared gable ends. The house has a two-room central-stair plan with service rooms at the rear and is two storeys high. The symmetrical south street front has three windows, which are 4-pane horned sashes. The central doorway has a top-glazed 4-panel door. The interiors have not been inspected.
