Town house now cafe. c1840s. Dressed coursed Killas with some brick arches; asbestos slate roof; cast-iron ogee gutter over bracketed eaves. Deep plan with wide carriageway on the left. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Ground floor has elliptically-arched carriageway, on the left, and a late C19 shop front with doorway to right, panelled stall riser, entablature with moulded cornice and consoles. Keyed cambered brick arches over original 6/6-pane and second-floor 3/6-pane sashes, except later horned copy to first floor on left. Hornless sashes (except for copy over carriageway) in openings spanned by shallow brick arches with keyblocks. INTERIOR not inspected.
