Description
This is a row of early 19th-century buildings forming numbers 11 to 15 North Parade in Penzance. The facades of numbers 12, 13, and 14 have been roughly rendered, while the others are stuccoed. The buildings are three storeys high and generally have two windows per elevation, with sash windows, some featuring glazing bars. Number 11 stands out with its prominent three-storey segmental bowed bay window. Number 14 has two restored segmental bays on the first floor. The doorways are simple, semi-circular headed, and numbers 11 and 13 have shallow wood lattice porches. The roofs are slate. Numbers 12, 13, and 14 are included in the listing primarily for their contribution to the group value of the terrace. These buildings, together with numbers 1 to 6 of Parade Passage and numbers 2 to 12 of Park Corner, are designated as a group.
