Description
The workshop premises of Mr Cattran, located next to No 12 in Fradgan Place, date back to the 18th century. The building is constructed from rubble with cob on the first floor and features a slate roof with gable ends. It stands two storeys tall and has two sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor, along with a central doorway. The ground floor has a central doorway flanked by large double doors on either side. To the right of the front, there is a rubble lean-to. This workshop, along with Nos 7 to 12, forms a cohesive group.
