Description

Nos. 15 and 17, The Fradgan, are an early 19th-century building constructed of granite ashlar with a wide string course and plinth. The roof is slate, hipped, with wide eaves. The building is two storeys high with a basement and originally had three windows on the first floor, although the central window is now blocked. The windows are sash windows without glazing bars, while the ground floor windows retain original keyblocks. Two central doorways are present, now with modern glazed doors. Steps lead up to the doorways, and No. 15 has iron railings. Nos. 15 and 17 form a group with The Boat House, The Moorings, Nos. 21 to 25 (odd), and the Island Store.
