Description

Probably dating from the early 18th century, number 9 Fradgan Place is a two-storey building. The walls are likely rubble, with a rendered cob first floor. It has a steep slate roof with gable ends. The front has three windows: the first floor windows are 2-light casements with glazing bars, and the ground floor has a sash window. There are two plain front doors, one with a modern hood over it, and the other with a glazed conservatory enclosing the doorway. This building forms a group with numbers 7 to 12 (consecutive) and the workshop premises of Mr Cattran.
