Description

Boundary House is a house built around 1750, with some later alterations. It has a rendered and lined exterior and a slate roof with a gable end stack on the right side. The building has a double depth plan, with the entrance located on the right and the main front room to the left. It stands three storeys high and features two windows on the front, all of which are 12-pane sashes on the first and second floors. The ground floor has a pair of 12-pane sashes and a six-panelled fielded door to the right, set within a moulded architrave that includes a dentil cornice. There are cill band courses at the first and second floors. The interior has not been inspected but may still have some good 18th-century features.
