Description

The Treleaven monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 14 metres east of the south aisle of the Church of St Mawgan. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of slate. The tomb has a plain rectangular shape with pilasters and a flat top that features a moulded edge. It commemorates William Treleaven, who passed away in 1841.
