Detached house. Circa early C19 (datestone not read); possibly built in 1816 by the Blanchminster Charity. Roughcast stone rubble. Asbestos tile hipped roof. End stacks with brick shafts. Plan: Double depth plan with 2 principal front rooms, central entrance and probably smaller service rooms at the back. Exterior: 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 2-window front. Late C19 or early C20 16-pane sashes. 2 gabled dormers with original 12-pane sashes. Central doorway with C19 glazed flush panel door and wooden open porch with latticework panels at top.
