Description
Lake House is an early 19th-century house with a 20th-century rear addition. It is whitewashed and rendered, topped with a slate roof that is hipped at both ends. There are rendered chimneys on the left and right sides. The house has two storeys and features a symmetrical front with three windows. A cast iron verandah with a slated hipped roof adorns the front, and there is a central front door from the 20th century. On the ground floor, there are large 19th-century two-light casement windows on either side, each with a high transom and margin glazing. The first floor has three 19th-century 12-pane hornless sash windows. The verandah is decorated with geometric ironwork. The interior has not been inspected.
