Description
Nos. 3 and 4 St Augustine's Parade are a pair of attached houses that have been converted into shops. They were built around 1800 and feature a rendered exterior, a brick ridge stack, and a pantile mansard roof. The buildings have a double-depth plan and stand three storeys high with an attic, each having a two-window range. The shop front, added in the 20th century, includes pilaster strips, a deep frieze, and a parapet. The windows are rectangular with timber architraves and plate-glass sashes, and there are paired 20th-century windows on the left side of the first floor. The left-hand house has a full-width dormer. The interior has not been inspected.
