Description

Attached wall, piers, and gates located to the north of Transit Shed 'E', built in 1894 by Edward Gabriel. The structure is made of red brick with limestone dressings, featuring wrought-iron railings and gates. The large piers include stone central panels and alternating stone and brick quoins, with inside brackets to the capitals and foliate wrought-iron lamps on top. The gates are impressive, consisting of two leaves with a raised center, gilded leaves, and spike-headed rails on the left. The attached walls on the right have panels made with moulded bricks.
