Description
Number 15 is a house located in Fremantle Square, Cotham, built around 1830. It features a stucco exterior with ashlar dressings and has a double-depth plan in the late Georgian style. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical front with a cornice and parapet, along with a coped left gable. The entrance includes a semicircular-arched doorway supported by consoles, a moulded canopy, a six-panel door, and a fanlight. There are late 19th-century canted bay windows and plain first-floor windows, all fitted with late 20th-century glazing. Inside, the property has a panelled bay and shutters. The house is complemented by attached spear-headed area railings and two-leaf gates.
