They are constructed of stucco with limestone dressings and feature a party wall stack, although the roof is not visible. The houses have a double-depth plan and are two storeys high with a basement, each having a one-window range. The buildings are parapeted and have left-hand doorways with raised, reeded jambs and brackets supporting canopies. The door to No. 2A is a two-panel door, while No. 1A has a 20th-century door. Both houses have 6/6-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
