Description
50 and 52 St Pauls Road are a pair of attached houses built around 1850. They are constructed from limestone ashlar with rendered sides, featuring a party wall stack and a slate hipped roof. The houses have a double-depth plan and rise three storeys above a basement, with a three-window range. The outer entrance blocks are rendered and set back, each with architraves around the doorways, plate-glass overlights, and 9-panel doors. Notably, No. 50 has a parapeted two-storey, two-window porch. The ashlar front includes architraves around the windows and console cornices on the ground and first floors, with plate-glass sashes and plain outer windows. The interior has not been inspected.
