Description
No. 45 Granby Hill is an attached house located in Clifton, Bristol, dating from the early 19th century. The exterior is rendered with limestone dressings and features a double-depth plan. The house has three storeys and an attic, with a four-window range. It includes pilaster strips leading to a coped parapet, with 20th-century garage openings at either end. To the left, there is a semicircular-arched doorway with a raised surround, a plate-glass fanlight, and a late 20th-century door. The fenestration is uneven, featuring 6/6-pane sashes at each end, a semicircular-arched stair sash above the door, and first-floor French windows that open onto a tented wrought-iron balcony to the right of centre. The interior has not been inspected.
