Description

No. 117, Princess Victoria Street is an early 19th-century attached house located in Clifton, Bristol. The building is rendered with limestone dressings, features party wall stacks, and has a hidden roof. It follows a double-depth plan and is constructed in a late Georgian style. The house extends over three storeys and includes a basement, with a single-window frontage. It has pilaster strips extending to a parapet. The left-hand doorway has key and impost blocks and is topped with a 5-pane fanlight, leading to a 6-panel door. The ground floor features paired, horned 6/6-pane sash windows. A first-floor oriel incorporates 6/6-pane sashes in flush frames, while the second floor has a 3/6-pane sash window. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
