Description
No. 119 Princess Victoria Street is an attached house from the early 19th century, built in a late Georgian style. The exterior is rendered with limestone dressings, and the roof is not visible. The house has a double-depth plan, standing three storeys tall with a basement and featuring a single-window range. It has pilasters that support a parapet. The 19th-century shop front includes panelled timber pilasters, a narrow fascia, four-pane windows, and a central four-panel door that is set back. Above the shop front, there is a narrow canted oriel with six-over-six pane sashes in flush frames, along with a six-over-six pane sash window on the second floor. The interior has not been inspected.
