Attached house. c1820. Render with limestone dressings, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. A parapeted front has a semicircular-arched doorway with key and impost, blocked fanlight and 6-panel door, the top pair glazed. Right-hand 6/6-pane sash, smaller to the left, and a small semicircular-arched window far left. First-floor French windows, single-leaf to the left, with wrought-iron pointed-arched railings. C20 6/6-pane sashes above. The right-hand return has a staggered 2-window range of C19 and C20 sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
