Description
Victoria Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of Mudeford. It is constructed of painted brick and features a brick eaves cornice and a slate roof. The cottage is two storeys high and has four windows, including one in a slightly recessed eastern section. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a trellised wooden porch with a flat hood above it.
Victoria Cottage, along with Nos 51 to 57 (odd) and the south-west part of No 59, forms a group of buildings set back at an angle to the road, situated in long gardens. Nos 1 and 2 Prospect Cottages, which are opposite, are also part of this group and hold local interest.
