Description

Mude Cottage is an earlier 19th-century building, originally a single house, now divided into two dwellings. It is constructed of painted brick with a half-hipped slate roof. The building is L-shaped, with an additional section forming the angle of the “L.” It has two storeys and three windows, featuring early 19th-century casement and sash windows with glazing bars. Some windows are topped with dripstone moulds. Mude Cottage forms a group with Willow Lodge, Dunkinty House, and Mudeford House, along with number 60, Mudeford Green, located opposite.
