  1. Mid C19. Adjoins Willow Lodge. Stuccoed with hipped slate roof. String course at 1st floor height. North, or front elevation. 2 storeys. 3 sashes, vertical glazing bars only remain. Modern porch to east. Southern or garden elevation 4 windows, sashes except 1 french casement 1st floor and a modern bay window ground floor. Eastern elevation symmetrical, 3 sashes and centre ground floor loggia.

Willow Lodge and Dunkinty House with Mudeford House and Mude Cottage form a group with No 60 (Mudeford Green) opposite.
