Description
Dunkinty House is a mid-19th century building located on the south side of Mudeford. It is adjacent to Willow Lodge and features a stucco exterior with a hipped slate roof. There is a string course at the height of the first floor. The north, or front elevation, has two storeys and includes three sash windows, although only the vertical glazing bars remain. A modern porch has been added to the east side. The southern, or garden elevation, has four windows, which are mostly sashes, except for one French casement on the first floor and a modern bay window on the ground floor. The eastern elevation is symmetrical, featuring three sashes and a loggia at the centre of the ground floor. Dunkinty House, along with Willow Lodge, Mudeford House, and Mude Cottage, forms a group with No 60 on Mudeford Green opposite.
