  1. Includes rear wing numbered 51 Gervis Road. Stucco Gothic villa, circa 1855. Continuous roof slope with gable at each end, against it at right-angles 2 lower gables symmetrically flanking entrance and a third to the west symmetrically between. 2 dormers. 2nd floor windows in gables arched, with Y-tracery in glazing bars, similar window at 1st floor over entrance, recessed behind balcony with notched X-pattern balustrade. Hoodmoulds to arched windows and dormers only, other windows straight-headed and flush.
