Description
The rear wing of No 4 Gresham Court Hotel, also known as 51 Gervis Road, is a stucco Gothic villa built around 1855. It features a continuous roof slope with gables at each end, and two lower gables that symmetrically flank the entrance, along with a third gable to the west positioned symmetrically in between. The building includes two dormers and has arched windows on the second floor within the gables, which are adorned with Y-tracery in the glazing bars. Above the entrance, there is a similar window at the first floor, set back behind a balcony with a notched X-pattern balustrade. The arched windows and dormers have hoodmoulds, while the other windows are straight-headed and flush.
