House. Late C18. Coursed, thin bedded rubble to main front, coarser rubble to end and rear walls. Concrete tile roof with stone copings. 3 storeys, 3 windows. Ground and 1st floor windows are 6 pane sashes except that to left hand ground floor which has been lengthened. 2 sliding Yorkshire sashes below ground to cellar. Upper openings are 9 pane sashes. Central doorway has been part stone blocked and glazed with sash. Semi-circular fanlight with keyed head in pedimented architrave surround with fluted pilasters and lotus capitals. Moulded stone parapet, end brick stacks. C20 extension to rear. Interior. Entrance passage has raised and moulded panels on the walls, chair rail and simple cornice. Morning Room to ground floor right hand has complete C18 fittings comprising chair rail, wall panels, acanthus frieze cornice, shutters and window seats, chimney-piece with swags and lotus capitals and on either side a buffet niche with original shelving.
