Description

Tolzey Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the late 18th century. It is constructed of rubble with a pantiled roof, having coped raised verges and brick end stacks. The house is two storeys high and has three glazing bar sash windows. The outer windows are paired and have gothic heads to the glazing bars; the central first-floor window has a round head. A central panelled and glazed door is set beneath an overlight, with a 20th-century hood above.
