Description

Arch Villa is a house dating from the 17th century, with some alterations from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed and squared rubble and features a triple Roman tile roof with three brick ridge stacks and coped verges. The building has two storeys and is arranged in a 1:2 bay configuration. On the left side, there are 16-pane sash windows, while the right side has two and three-light ovolo-moulded stone-mullioned windows with stopped labels. The entrance is located in the center of the right two bays and features a 6-panelled door beneath a gabled rubble porch from the 19th century.
